My Mission
I’m on a mission to help one million people transform their careers and businesses. At the heart of everything I do is one guiding principle, that we each have a combination of strengths that makes us unique in how we succeed. Figure out your unique formula, and there’s no stopping you.
Sounds simple enough, right? But it’s not that easy.
We’ve been told that while we have strengths, we also have weaknesses. And to be successful (with your career, with your business, with your passion), you need to work on improving your weaknesses. Not only that, but we’ve also been told that the behaviors and personality traits that make us unique will actually hold us back unless we work to “fix” them. Examples include CEOs who aren’t “aggressive” enough, introverts who need to be more outspoken, and women who need to show less empathy.
Well, that’s just NOT TRUE and here’s why.
Research has show (here, here, and here) that spending time working on weaknesses or trying to suppress your natural talents to “fit in” will actually delay success. It’s frustrating. It’s confusing. And, most of all, it’s inauthentic.
My coaching philosophy centers around one simple concept. Take what makes you truly unique, redefine it as a genuine strength, and bridge the gap between what you know is true about your abilities and how others perceive you. This lets you step into your authority and break down barriers to success. It’s about creating a powerful leadership brand, one that can catapult you to successes you’ve only dreamed about … until now.
